Отправка товара на шестой день от заказа, доставка - ещё 18 дней, в обещанные 22 дн. продавец не уложился, но для меня это не существенно. Трек отслеживался. Упаковка - нормальная, в соответствии со свойствами товара, дошло всё целым и невредимым. Описанию на сайте товар соответствует. Размер подбирал по параметрам таблицы, размещённой на странице заказа. Всё подошло отлично, дочка осталась довольна. С продавцом не общался, не было необходимости. И товар, и продавца рекомендую.

Не рекомендую. Очень дерьмовое качество толстовки, принта нет - это тупо наклеенный стикер, шнурок капюшона это вообще позор, вместо него супер тонкий шнурок от ботинка. Сама толстовка из материала, из которого обычно шьют дешевые спортивные вещмешки, носить ее саму по себе стыдно, только надевать под что-то. Справедливости ради, продавец отправил товар очень быстро, посылка пришла за 2 недели. К сервису вопросов нет, а товар отвратительный. Наверное моя вина, в описании было написано: полиэстр, но тип он даже для полиэстра так себе.
